We utilize Tirupati Couriers and other reputable courier services within India. Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping.

Please Note : Additional shipping charges will apply to all domestic orders, in addition to the cost of your order.

Returns :

As a policy, we do not offer exchanges or returns on any products delivered in satisfactory condition.

However, if a product is delivered incorrectly (i.e., it does not match the item specified in your order confirmation) or exhibits a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, we are committed to re-fulfilling your order. The correct product will be dispatched to you within 7 to 14 business days.

To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit please get in touch with us via email on adorniquej@gmail.com within 24 hours of the product delivery.

Once the order has been placed and processed it cannot be cancelled.
